Read great feedback about you and the service you provided. My husband and I are contemplating purchasing a home in AZ for investment for now and later as a winter home when we’re older.

We’re interested in real estate that have been foreclosed but will look at others too. Our price range is up to 300K. We came at Christmas holiday to Tucson and drove around to get more familiar w/ the different areas. We like the historic areas like Pie Allen, university, etc. but feel we probably can’t afford it. We also like the Catalina Foothills. We live in Montana so the mountains and being close to outdoor activities appeal to us.

I have looked around your site here at different links and spent hrs scrolling through the list of foreclosures. What suggestions do you have for us to move forward w/ our quest?
