Opinion on importance of recognizing women leaders: “Women in general are very social creatures. Often they hide their opinion, knowledge and skills, being afraid to hurt the feelings of others. By recognizing women leaders, we set role models for other women, as well as men, and help them boost their confidence and self-esteem.”
Other comments: “I am glad to find myself among eleven female employees selected at Williams to be profiled in honor of Women’s Heritage Month in March. However, we represent just a small part of a great female community at Williams. I wish all women a lot of happiness, joy, success at the work place and in their personal lives.”
