Yes, it’s all about YOU. It’s your life, your home, your money, your future. And because it is so important to you, I’d like to introduce myself and explain why you’d want to choose me (and my team) over any other Real Estate agent.

My name is Anjelina Belakovskaia and I am a rather atypical Real Estate agent. I am not a hardcore sales person, who looks in your face and sees a commission check. I have too much respect for you and myself to act in bad faith. To me, everything I do is about integrity, and I expect the same from my clients.

I moved to the United Sates from Ukraine in 1991, got Master’s Degree in Mathematics in Finance from NYU in 2001, had successful financial career and was written about in: Realtors Magazine, Arizona Daily Star, USA Today, KGUN 9 News, The Wall Street Journal, Derivatives Strategy, Williams Intranet, Business 2.0, Sports Illustrated and The New York Times.

I came into Real Estate in 2004, a few months after our first son was born and when Tucson home prices just began to explode. Since then, I’ve gotten a ton of experience in the Tucson and Catalina Foothills Real Estate markets, many raving clients and real-life real estate anecdotes to tell.

Thanks to my financial background and economics knowledge, I predicted the painful housing bubble collapse at the beginning of 2007, and advised a significant number of home buyers and sellers on the developing situation in housing market and US economy. All that, in addition to providing full real estate services, first at Long Realty, then at Realty Executives Southern Arizona.

In April of 2010, after our company Realty Executives Southern Arizona switched franchises to become Keller Williams Southern Arizona, I officially teamed up with the Ledford, Clark, and Clark Team. Together, we are able to provide even better service to our real estate clients and we share the same values and high standards:

My current responsibilities at the Team include:

  • Use of Tucson MLS and Keller Williams Realty online tools, as well as web design, SEO, Google Local (Places) and social media in the best interest of Team clients.

I am a hard-working, goal-oriented person, who treats my clients’ success as my own. As a former three-time United States Chess Champion and member of the United States Olympic Chess Team, I have developed sharp analytical skills which help me pinpoint my client’s individual needs and design a “from-start-to-finish” strategy that gives them the optimal solution for their situation. Then, my Team gets to work.

Brief Bio…

Anjelina moved to the United States in 1991 from Odessa, Ukraine, captured the United States Chess Championship 3 times as well as represented the United States Team at the Olympiads 3 times. She is also an NYU Mathematics in Finance M.S. Graduate and a former Weather Derivatives Trader with a Fortune 500 Company.

Anjelina works and lives in the Catalina Foothills with her husband Lawrence and their three children: Brian, Connor and Ariela.
